The HPC racing crank with heavy cheeks increases pre-compression in the cases for improved filling. The extra inertia improves performance and the performance moves into the upper rev range. The plastic insert crank design only adds slightly to the weight of the crank compared to the original, making it ideal for standard 50cc engines but also very suitable for 70cc cylinders. A small head bearing is included. Fits scooters fitted with the Peugeot Euro 1 50cc vertical two-stroke engine. ***PLEASE CHECK ENGINE TYPE BEFORE PURCHASE*** The Euro 1 engine was fitted to a number of 50cc Peugeot models up to 2002/3 and uses a manual oil pump. The crank bearings on the Euro 1 engine are the same size (20mm x 52mm x 12mm), while the later Euro 2 engine type requires a different size crank bearing.
