All of our truck cab corners are made from heavy-gauge stamped steel that matches or exceeds the thickness of the original body panel it replaces. The stamping process begins with a 3D scan of the OEM part, meaning these aftermarket panels will match the exact shape of the original part. Because the panels are an exact match, the old panel must be cut out so the new one can be welded in place. Each panel is electrostatically coated (EDP) for added corrosion protection. ESD leaves a black finish that can be scratched and painted. For the best finish, we recommend scratching the ESD, priming, and then coating with automotive paint.
