We strive to make it as accurate as possible. If the Check Engine Light comes on or an OBDII trouble code appears after installation, test the sensor with a voltmeter as listed below. If the sensor is good, further diagnostics are required. There are many different codes for specific functional faults that are NOT necessarily specific to the sensor. Find out what the code means before leaving any feedback. Items that have been installed, modified, or contaminated are not returnable. The manufacturer’s warranty ONLY covers the faulty sensor after testing with a voltmeter. A 20% restocking fee applies if the buyer purchased the wrong items due to inattention to the packaging information and requested a return. The price, quality and functionality of the O2 sensor are fully covered by our warranty and return policy. However, any labor costs, dealer shop expenses or damage due to improper installation are NOT covered. Q: How do I know if my O2 sensor is good or not (Online Video) A: The only way to know if the O2 sensor is functioning properly is to test its response to changes in the air-fuel mixture by measuring voltage or simulating a waveform. Use a 10 megaohm digital voltmeter. Connect the red probe of the voltmeter to the signal wire of the sensor and the black probe to engine ground. (Use the reverse probe method, DO NOT pierce the wire.) For a good sensor, the voltage should fluctuate between 0.1 and 0.9 volts consistently after the engine has been running for 2 or 3 minutes. Please take a video recording of the voltmeter and contact us if our gauge: Goes beyond the range of 0.1 to 0.9 volts Stays below 0.5 volts Stays fixed at a certain voltage You can choose a replacement or refund if our gauge does not work in this case. Note before ordering: Please check the actual size of the replacement part before purchasing a replacement. The compatibility list on the eBay listing is not a complete list, and it is a known issue that there are errors in it; If possible, please try to use a laptop to check the compatibility table, the detailed information will be shown on the compatibility table, because mobile phone or tablet PC can not display detailed information of vehicles. If you encounter a model/function compatibility problem, please contact us for help. We will help you exchange for a compatible item (if available).
